Vitamin Boost Juice
Try one of these vitamin rich juices to get you back on track after the Easter break.
Choose from sweet and spicy Orange, Carrot and Ginger or cooling Cucumber, Celery, Apple and Watercress.
These are quick to make and best served and consumed straightaway as otherwise fresh juices tend to separate.

Each juice recipe makes 1 large juice.
You will need a juicer.

Ingredients
Orange, Carrot and Ginger Juice
4 carrots tops removed
4 oranges peeled
2.5cm fresh ginger
1/2 lemon peeled
Cucumber, Celery, Apple and Watercress Juice
3/4 cucumber
1 stick celery
2 apples cored
Small handful of watercress
